When can I pick up my will call tickets?
Tickets can be picked up at will call starting 60 minutes prior to all Steelheads games. The opening for will call will vary for other events. You MUST present the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and a picture I.D. at the ticket window to receive the tickets.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Tickets may be purchased with cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Personal check are not accepted.
What time do doors open?
Doors open 30-minutes prior to most events but can vary. Steelheads games begin at 7:10 PM unless otherwise noted, with doors opening at 6:30pm.
When is the Box Office Open?
Tickets to all CenturyLink Arena events can be purchased by phone at 208-331-TIXS(8497). The call center for CenturyLink Arena offers service 10:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
If I leave the building can I re-enter?
CenturyLink Arena has a No Re-Entry policy. During Idaho Steelheads games there is a designated smoking area available by the Grove Hotel Lobby. The Re-entry policy for all other events may vary. Special allowances can be made available by the Guest Services Director or Director of Security for medical issues and other like situations.
How much are tickets for children?
Children 2 years old and younger are admitted free to Steelheads games, unless otherwise noted. Other events vary in the policy for youth tickets.
Is there accessible seating for people with disabilities?
CenturyLink Arena has been constructed so that individuals with disabilities may participate fully in all events, programs, and services. Drop-off convenience is available at the Front Street entrance and 108 wheelchair accessible seats are available on the arena’s concourse level.
Are there medical facilities available?
CenturyLink Arena aims to provide an enjoyable and safe experience to all of our guests. Please notify any arena team member if you are in need of any assistance, or if you notice a situation that requires our attention.
Where are the restrooms?
On the concourse, there are two men’s and two women’s restrooms on both the northwest (Grove) and southeast (Hotel) sides of the arena, plus an additional women’s restroom on the east side (Grove Street). During floor events, there is one men’s and one women’s restroom on both the northwest (Grove) and southeast (Hotel) sides of the arena.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No outside food or beverages may be brought into CenturyLink Arena. The arena concourse sports seven concession stands, serving a variety of freshly prepared food and beverages. Fans can enjoy options ranging from traditional hot dogs, pretzels, and soft drinks to our healthier food selections.
Are alcoholic beverages available?
Ice-cold beer is served up fresh from 65 separate beer taps in CenturyLink Arena. Mixed drinks are also available at the cocktail station located on the southeast side of the concourse and in the SportsBar. Beer is sold at all concession stands. Idaho law prohibits the sale or service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21. CenturyLink Arena reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to any individual, and any person deemed intoxicated may be removed from the CenturyLink Arena.
Can I smoke in the arena?
Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the CenturyLink Arena.
Is there anything I should not bring to the arena?
NO Guns/firearms, knives, spiked jewelry, or other objects that can be used as weapons will be permitted into the facility.
What type of concessions are available?
Great food and drink including Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Cart, Pizza Hut Restaurant, and Dippin Dots Ice Cream.
